1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 TBS. Skim milk
1 TBS. vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 TBS. baking cocoa powder
2 TBS. chocolate chips
1/4 of banana
couple drops of vanilla stevia
blend in a magic bullet or blending device
put in freezer for 10-15 min and top with some cool whip
